Change customer

If “Change Customer” is selected at any point, the Change customer page appears with the existing customer information shown on the left:

To check if the new customer is already in the database, use the search fields. Matching customers will be listed as shown next:

  • If none of the customers are correct:
    • Click "Cancel". The Client & Vehicle page for the vehicle opens with the existing customer's information. Change the information for the new customer.
    • Alternatively, click "Create new customer" to create a new customer for this vehicle. The Client & Vehicle page for the vehicle opens with blank customer information fields. Complete the information for the new customer.
  • If one of the customers is correct, select it:

From here:

  • Click “Use this customer” to move the selected details into the customer fields on the left and continue to the Client & Vehicle page to set up the appointment with this customer

    or
  • Click “Cancel” to cancel the transfer and return to the Client & Vehicle page with the existing details. Continue with updating the new customer information and setting up the appointment.
